She showed me and I now forget how it's done.

Keelan is a trained Baker & she will be baking soda bread this week.
She says she can make Buttermilk from milk & vinegar.
Sorta like that water to wine Miracle I guess

Buttermilk! I forgot about the Buttermilk! I will be there next week How much Buttermilk do I have to bring to give 2 each to my brothers?
1 qt. per recipe. Recipe makes 2 loaves (like you made @ Lesson #1) OR one large. p.s. I have made sour milk via vinegar/milk. It's o.k. in a pinch, but I think there is a difference

Keelan did make her soda bread. It was very good, but it was not the Mother/Alyce quality soda bread that is really, really good! I'm thinking I need to go to Ayce's with Keelan & we can both get a Lesson.
