It is 11:00 PM. You want some chocolate. Your sister Alyce made these brownie things and left them here last week when she was here with her Grandkids Hope & Aiden. The brownies have been in the Frig...their chilled...

I ate 2 of them & went to bed...

Bug Bombed in California...

Our apartment was recently sold. Since termites are a major problem in California they usually do a fumigation bombing when real estate is transferred. You see these circus tents all the time in SoCal.

This is what our apartment looked like over the weekend. We ended up staying at Sam and Kelly's house.

When we returned to our home on Monday, this Human Fly Guy attacked me. Luckily Courtney always carries a fly swatter with her and was able to knock him out.

A follow up to my Monday concern re The Newlyweds...

Apparently, all is well & Jason & Courtney are living on a roof-top in Hermosa Beach while Honeymooning with Courtney's family. Their apartment is being fumigated & I have over reacted by expressing my concern on-line regarding their welfare .

"Thinking out loud here"...This time next Summer we will have a Lancaster version of ACHE...(Athletic Competition of the Highest Echelon)

I'm thinking it will consist of Teams...that's what I'm thinkin'
There will be an age limit for teams. Total ages of the three member Teams will not exceed 78!
One team member must be age 10 or below, the other Team member must be 25 or younger! The final Team member may be any age but the cumulative ages cannot exceed 78!
Events will consist of Bowling, Mile Relay, Miniature Golf, Softball, Swimming Relay, Lacross Toss & Catch, Basketball, Soccer, Poker and a few more events...
By the way...there was a Big time relay race today to raise $$$ for Wounded Warriors. Team White (Joe, Bill, Meghan, Andy, Maura, Faith, Deirdre) ran 29 miles in 4 hours...

BUT...The Amish girls kicked butt! They ran 34 miles in four hours!

The SAT Essays & who reads that stuff? And what was Dave doing in Utah for 9 days?

If I remember correctly, it is recommended that you take your SAT test when you are a Junior in H.S. Want to know why? Cause they don't get around to reading the written part of the SAT until June!

Alyce told me Dave was in Utah for 9 days with a bunch of other nerdy teachers reading & Evaluating the Essay part of the SAT !

If they are just getting around to scoring this part of your SAT score in June I can understand why you need to be sharp in your Junior year of High School. Pretty tough to get admission to a College w/out the SAT scores

I remember taking my SAT's in October of my Senior year and yelling out...

"I didn't have this stuff yet! give me a break"

If only I had an Uncle Dave to score my SAT!
