So far, we have Three people that will present their Chili to a Panel of Judges (taste testers). If any other people want to present his/her Chili to the "Panel of Judges" please feel free to do so...

At this point we are not naming the "Panel of Judges" since we don't want to expose them to "undo influence" from certain parties. As stated earlier, the "Panel of Judges" may need to be Blindfolded...

An aside...Slim will not only NOT be a member of the "Panel of Judges", he will be banished to Bill Zee's Law Office 'til 4:16PM on a Sunday afternoon!!!

I have viewed the Blog Comments & even Face Book and old & young alike have mis-construed this Topic

This is Not a stand against Teachers! There was a very clever Face Book Post that made it look like Teachers are getting "short changed"...the snake can be twisted in many different ways...and the MSM is twisting this issue every which way to make the Governor look like a Snake!

The Governor, who was Elected in November, is doing what he told the people that voted for him he was going to do when he ran for the Office he now holds!

i.e. get concessions from the "Public Employee" Unions. That's not just Teachers. It includes ALL Public Employee Unions...AFSCME...SEIU...City Trash Collectors, etc... Do you realize that these people are promised a Pension as the result of Politicians conceding to their Collective Bargaining? The Pensions that have been promised to theses people total in the "Trillions" of Dollars Country Wide, while 46 of 50 States are running in the Red! How are these obligations to be met?

Does the Private Company you work for provide you with a Pension? or a 401K?

There is a BIG difference there!

Bottom Line...the Governor is saying I want you to pay 5.8% towards your Pension & 12.6% towards your Family's Health Care...and The Liberals are comparing him to Hitler! That means the Taxpayer is paying 94.2% of the Pension & 87.4% of their Health Care!

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi came out strongly in support of Wisconsin teachers and students who are protesting Gov. Scott Walker’s proposal to public employees of collective bargaining rights.

Pelosi told reporters Friday that the protests are “an extraordinary show of democracy in action.”

“Wisconsin's workers, teachers and public servants must have a seat at the table to fight for a safe workplace,” she said. “I stand in solidarity with the Wisconsin workers fighting for their rights, especially for all the students and young people leading the charge.”

I actually went out tonight...

...all the way to the Jersey Shore with The Stoneman & his Buddy Jim (constantly) Whalen. We were in Long Branch, or Long Beach, or Long Breech...I no not which. We were there to watch The St. Francis Red Flash play the Manmoth(?) University Hawks.

It was a Fun night. What a great campus & only a couple miles from the Ocean. We accidentally found a nice restaurant where we sat ourselves at the Bar.

St. Francis lost by about 7, "SEVEN"...but both the Stoneman & his Buddy Whalen kept telling me about the problem with the Red Flash game plan & implying how much they know about Basketball!

meanwhile...back at the "nice restaurant" we met Mario, a Retired Manmoth(?) Police Officer that has a $4000.00 a Month Pension, has been Married for 37 years, is 55 years old and works out 7 days a week and is available for Investigative Services & took a liking to the Stoneman...Mario was a Trip & kept us in the "nice restaurant " until 7:25PM, while the Game was to begin @ 7:45PM!
I should mention that Jim (the Whalen one) paid for the Tickets & requested 3 "Senior Citizen" Tickets which cost $5.00 per, as opposed to the General Admission Ticket price of $14.00!

The reason I have the Photo above is that I asked Mario, Whalen & Stoneman if they knew who this Rookie NBA Phenom is...they then went on to besmirch the NBA...and then admitted

they did not know who the Rookie is...

I have Blogged about this before, but, I need to Bring it to a Head!

I Did Not Like The Taste of William Zee, Esquier's Chili! There, I said it! I remember being in Lancaster & being "Treated to Bill's Chili". I didn't like it. I was Polite and said nothing!

Once again I am putting out there a "Chili Challenge". I will come to Lancaster with my Chili Recipe & present my Product to an Impartial Board that will Judge the "Best Family Chili Maker"!

In the past two months I have made Chili at least 4 times & it gets better each & every time I make it.

I propose this...

At least 3 Contestants
3 Impartial Judges
No communication between Contestants & Judges
No Press!!!
Judges may need to be Blindfolded
The Chili must be presented in matching Bowls

This has to be done while the Weather is at least Chilly to appreciate the benefit of a warm bowl of Chili...in other words, we need to do this in the next few weeks...

Remember...a Max of 3 Contestants...respond Now...First 3 to respond are in!

My Future Roomie, Keelan is coming over on Friday Night...

...to be re-introduced to Coco. Keelan met Coco on Christmas Day and they seemed to get along. I have already started to tell Coco that, "Keelan is coming to see you on Friday"...and I think she understands.

Am I overdoing this whole thing? i.e., Keelan will be living here for anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks with Coco while I am "On the Road"?

Talked to Keelan's Dad last night & he said Keelan can handle it!

When you make the Mistake of Complaining to your Big Sister about something...

...there is a Price to Pay. In my Case I told Sis I was really suffering with "dry skin". Woe was me!

So, Sis suggests that I buy a certain ointment. "It's expensive", she says; but, she has a $2.00 Off Coupon. Which she mails to me...what a Sweetheart! I received the coupon on Valentine Day!

I bought the cream today at Rite Aid ($15.99 less the $2.00 coupon) and Uncle John shows up with even Drier Skin than me and proceeds to squeeze at least $8.48 out of the 7oz jug of ointment before I could Stop Him!

Sis...we need more Coupons...

My Cross Country Trip is starting to take shape...

Hopefully, Michael will accompany me to California on the first leg of the journey, where he will be discovered on the Streets of L.A. and sign a Multi year Movie Contract and buy a Villa in Manhattan Beach, where he & the newly retired Mary will maintain a "Second Home".

On taking the Northern Route on my return jaunt, I may stop in Salt Lake City, avoid Nebraska, and eventually meet up with Mr. Lucky in "Chi-Town"! Mr. Lucky "knows people in Chicago".

From Chicago we will head to Cincinnati, a Vibrant & Happening City where my Sister-In-Law lives and where Mr. Lucky & I can explore the possibility of buying a Horse Farm in nearby Kentucky...which Anna can run for us after she Graduates College, while we are in our Villa in Naples, Fla.. We will meet up with Anna and our Horses once a year at The Derby.

From Cincy our next stop will be Altoona and the Campus of St. Francis U!

After being "Feted" at St Francis we will then head down the Pa Turnpike to be "Feted" once again in Mechanicsburg, Pa! Where Mr. Lucky will declare the City will now be called "Technicianburg", since mechanics are now called "Technicians"!

Finally, the Last leg of the Trip will bring us to Monastery Ave where, hopefully, Keelan & Coco will still be living in "Perfect Harmony"

They had no Valentine Dates, these two Guys! They just took over the Stage while The McKendry Bothers were performing! Finally, "The Powers that Be" removed them from the premises!

I will admit that the Crowd Cheered their "moves" & also laughed when someone in the Crowd said..."they were Kicked Out!"

Yes, Matthew & Michael Capoferri were removed from the Stage & escorted out of the Building during the Second Set. They had mounted the Stage and had started a wrestling match, while trying to re-arrange the wiring & microphones.

Meanwhile...Emily & Molly were well behaved...

Of course, I should mention that "Poppy" encouraged the Capoferri Brothers to "make a scene"!

It was Chaos!!!

PODGORICA- A guitar that Paul McCartney threw into a crowd decades ago during a Beatles concert in Britain has turned up at a school in Montenegro, a report said Friday.

McCartney had tossed the Hofner Violin bass guitar into the audience after its neck broke, said the Vesti newspaper without mentioning the year of the concert.

Milan Dobrilovic, a Montenegrin cameraman, said he had received the guitar from his cousin Dario Persi who was the fan who caught the instrument.

Dobrilovic recently donated the guitar to a music school in Herceg Novi, a tiny town on the country's Adriatic coast.

The violin-shaped Hofner guitar was made famous by McCartney, who adopted it in 1961 and still uses the same model.

Guitars proven to have been owned by former Beatles members including McCartney and John Lennon have sold at auction for up to 330,000 pounds (640,000 dollars) in recent years.
