The Humor of Michael...

Michael calls Eddie on the land line....Eddie & Susan were living in an apartment Farmette in Fort Washington. Michael & Mary were living in Lawncrest

This was well before Christopher & Anna arrived on the scene

Michael says to Eddie, "we need to make a Movie where you live, it's a beautiful setting."
Eddie says, "what kind of Movie do you have in mind?"
Michael says, "something about squirrel hunters and Aliens"
Eddie says, "OK"
Michael asks Eddie if he can 'borrow' some of the video stuff Eddie uses at work.
Eddie says, "i think I can do that" Do you have a script or an idea of what you want to do?
Michael says to Eddie, "Don't worry about it, just get the camera stuff"

As a kid I loved looking at the Box Scores in the Phila Bulletin...

Baseball, basketball, football, I loved it all.

hits/rbi's/strikeouts
points/rebounds/shots taken (they did not do double doubles back then)
running yards/attempts/pass completions/attempts

Since my grandaughter is an enthusiastic soccer player & a fan of the team from Spain

I checked out the box score of Spain's game vs Morocco

One last Blog Post about the Michael debacle

When I post stuff to the Blog and do not make it available to Facebook users I usually get a max of 5 to 8 hits.

Transferring posts to Facebook gets considerably more. For example, Eddie's song about Michael got almost 500 hits! That's a Blog record & the post has been up for less than 24 hours. That's a whole lot
of people that loved Michael! Whole lot of "shared this post" folks too.

Believe it or not, the second most popular post was when I posted a photo of Joel Embiid

jogging in downtown Phila & referenced Celeste & Jim Britt. That post has gotten more than 190 hits! The Britt's are obviously popular people.

Third place, with about 150 hits was the post about Keelan & Captain Scott's wedding.

Most people thought the two of them were just too damned cute!

This post I will not share on Facebook

My heart is heavy

and the world moves on

Gotta pick up the Pace

and move on with it...

*By the way, the Blog has over 143,000 hits over its'

10 year existence. That equates to over 1000

hits per month
