Graduation 2020: The Covid Class
Granddaughter Amanda is a 2020 graduate
that heads to High School in August!
Will that happen?
meanwhile, on the streets...
kind of nuts when you think about it.
But of course, with 40 million unemployed, schools,
bars & restaurants closed, along w/libraries and social distancing rules and No sports or fishing allowed (in Michigan)
and no swimming allowed on NY beaches (dry sand only rules) while wet sand only rules apply in California (that means they can swim & frolic in the wet sand but no dry beach sand loitering)!
Got that?
It's no wonder that people are freaking out...
...the governor of Virginia is going to seek input as to where Rbt E Lee should be placed...
And the Mayor of Philadelphia will do the same about that damned Frank Rizzo statue...
Looks like race relations will now exponentially improve across America!

Things may be calming down...
This was the scene on the Vine Street Expressway last night
The cops hit them with gas
and they ran for higher ground which was fenced in...
So the cops arrested a bunch of them & took them to
The Round house...No big deal Legally. But, they will have to spend a night in jail
and it will cost them!
All that was last night. Tonight on CNN
they kept their cameras on the crowd and followed at least eight people that tried to induce the crowd
to follow the same path they followed the night before...
Tuesday's crowd would not follow.
Most of the "protestors" do not want to be gassed and then arrested.

The Mayor of The City That Never Sleeps has declared a curfew for Monday, June one

And the city has had some nasty history in the past...
If you were The Mayor of NYC today, what time would you start the curfew?
The city has suffered riots & destruction for the past three nights.
It's a Huge City!
The Mayor scheduled it for 11:00PM!
It's NYC...things fire up late...
I'm interested in reading tomorrow how the first ever
curfew for NYC worked out.
(like) was everyone home by 10:59?
Were there arrests made of those that were not off the streets?
