In all the years I've driven I 95 I never gave a thought to who is responsible for keeping the road clear.
It runs from New England to Florida!
It has to be The State, right?
With Federal funding help 'cause it's an interstate hi-way.
Some people should be fired for this debacle!
I mean, I knew this storm was coming when I watched the weather channel
on Saturday, New Years Day.
Pa Turnpike does the salting & plowing on the Pa Turnpike
and the expressway
My local city/county/township does the plowing where I live.
Who does the plowing on I 95?
Luckily, there was a Democrat Senator caught in the mess
for hours. So maybe he'll want some answers.
...but probably not!
