Baseball in March can be tough on the Fans & Players

It is usually cold & windy.

Too cold to hit & too windy to spit.

You got your dugout:

and your Relief Pitcher

(after I took Andrew's photo & told him who I was

he said, I thought I recognized you)

You got your catcher:

that would be Paul C

You got your called strike three!  

                            

Then you got your walk

that would be Andrew C.

And finally, you got your Fans

that still provide juices & snacks

to the players...

When your Dad is your Best Man you do not go to Vegas for your Bachelor Party...

You go to lunch @ The Federal Taphouse in downtown

Lancaster on Friday at Noon so you can make the 

Wedding rehersal scheduled for 4:30PM

at the Church!

When more people showed up I was told,

"there are NO cameras allowed at a Bachelor Party"!

So I stopped shooting...

It was March 2015. Kevin Westley was in Walmart & he bought all the offensive St Paddy shirts he could afford...

San Diego State is the only school from California to make the Tournament!

Problem is, it's a State school and the State bans travel expenses to States like Kansas,

where their first game is scheduled.

I happen to enjoy a McDonalds breakfast meal...

I do not like their coffee howsomever...

but I don't really care...I am over a certain age and I can pretty much get away with anything

• I have that COPD thing where the grandkids & grandpop annoy th S..it aout of me commercial
• I got a ticket last Saturday night for driving w/out my hearing aids after 7PM

What this post is about is I used Max Cavada's name in my last post about throwing a baseball.

Since I don't really know Max, I Googled him! And there he was! Front & center...

Being at the top of the Google chain is a big deal.

The most macho thing a player can do in all the Major Sports

• Is not the Slam Dunk
• Is not the Touchdown run or pass
• Is not the long Home Run
• Is not the game winning Goal
• Is not the longest drive

The most macho thing a player can do on the field is throw somebody out!

Just ask Max Cavada if he enjoys hitting a Homer or throwing out a base runner.
