The PHILADELPHIA phils beat the Braves tonite & the Metropolitans lost...The Phils are just 3 behind! I am Happy...It's time to Enjoy the Current Season of Sports in PHILADELPHIA and the current Season is BaZball!
We can do the EAGLE thing in September, the 6er thing in October, the FLYER thing if you are from South Philly or Jersey (and own a Beamer or Benz)! But the Phillie thing is something to enjoy right now.
PS...some of SAM's friends say I look like Charlie Manuel, Manual, Manuare, Manuwannabe...You agree???

Commish, What is up with you. Start doing the Eagles thing in September? What happened to the dream? Be positive!! We'll think about the Eagles in November, after the World Series. By that time Donovan will be back on the DL and KK will replace him. (I understand KK likes pizza) For now it is "Hail to the WHIZ KIDS" 27 years is a long time between drinks!!

Listen, I could have this Phillies team where it is right now; 3rd place. As the great philosopher Sir Wm Parcells once said, "It is what it is" the most explosive hitting team in the NL and 3rd is the best they can be?? Don't tell me about pitching either, NOBODY has any pitching. Well maybe the Braves, Nevermind....
