J C Romero...31 years old...been around awhile...has about a .041 ERA for the Phils! Came in tonight in the 8th vs the Mets. Hit the first guy...but he was not DOWN...reminded me of an NFL QB taking charge!

agree. I like his spunk! he has a reliever's attitude, they stay aggressive no matter what. Some nights he may be a bust but he has good "upside", as they say.
The Phils have now beaten the Mets 5 games in a row. Can it last...?

The important thing about him is he REALLY wants to get the job done. He doesn't take a night off because we're playing the Marlins or the Nats or any other bottom feeders. St. Ambrose could have used this guy. Latrish and he would have been DYNAMIC.
