We were put on the "Waiting List" in Feb of '05..."lack of devices" we were told. We checked it out twice since then and were told we were moving up! YOW! We now have DVR capability! Along with "Free Movies!" First Free Movie I am watching is "Easy Rider", from 1969!!!Where Have all the Hippies Gone? Well, they are now in their 60's and some are running for President! Peter Fonda? HELLO? Where are You? Dennis Hopper is still relevant & Jack is still "Jack"!
My Movie Review....38 years later...Great views of the Southeast (y'all really gotta drive there and view the MESAS), the Music is nostalgic...Hippies were Losers...Motorcycles are a cool way to travel...and I'll report back when I finish watching the Movie...
The DVR will be tested when I go to work on Sunday at 1 PM and set the Record Button for the Eagles Game.....

Is a "PeaceNik" the same as a Hippy? I was a PeaceNik once, but not by choice. The guy looking to bust my head was so big I kept yelling Peace, Peace... the whole time I was hightailin' out of his territory.
Hippy is spelled Hippie, Not Hippy..why are our Parents so un-Hip? I sure wish Hippies would make a comeback!

I loved what a lot of them represented...I totally enjoyed them...went to college with quite a few and had quite a few as friends and I smile when I think of those days...I thought the war was bad and insane, I hated so many politicians at that time, my/our music drew a few thru the years and I dug it all...especially the VW Bus...wished I owned one...Peace
