Granpa TJ was out on a cruise on his Scooter when the Scooter Brakes failed to stop the Scooter, thus causing bodily harm to said TJ...not to mention the Pain & Suffering to both TJ and his Spouse...
We have a Major Case Here!
TJ is looking for Eye witnesses that happened to be in the area!

I will be happy to testify on behalf of T.J. Please have attorney William Zee contact me to arrange for my compensation. I am a reasonable man.
I saw the whole thing go down! It was definetly the scooters fault! Also, he hit a pot-hole outside the City Hall...i saw the whole deal go down...!
My name is Sid Farkle. I am an attorney and I represent the scooter manufacturer. I must suggest, if you look at exhibit A, the photo of said "TJ" on the scooter, you can see that EVERY WELD in that scooter is under great strain as Mr. TJ places his full body weight on the scooter platform. Under such structural stress, it is sheer madness to expect the braking mechanism to function properly. We will have our day in court.
The same thing happened to me...it's obvious, even to an amateur, that color "green" breaks down chemically, causing corosion and failure...if I can be of help, you can reach me...Palm Springs is beautiful this time of year...good luck...
On a scooter like that you need to apply both brakes at the same time! Coordination is required! Who left him unsupervised on a Scooter? They are to Blame!
