When I was a young man growing up in that era, I did not like him at all. As I have matured I realize how right he was in his views and opinions. He really believed in the "non violence" thing. How sad I did not realize that back in 1964 Contrary to the news reports, I believe he would be devastated by what is going on in this country within the black community!
i've come to like him too, both he and Ali...they had conviction ! Ali is going Nuts over the crazy Muslims out there today!
He was a good man, a peaceful man who was only 39 when he died...I wonder how different things would be had he lived..
