Your Tolerance of Pain...is it High or is it Low ?

I always thought my tolerance of pain was high. However, when they did the "manipulation" on my knee, I realized the true wimp that I am. For those who don't know, a manipulation is when your knee won't flex right (after replacement) and they "put you under" and make it bend. Of course, the doctor didn't help things when he told me "I thought your leg was gonna snap when I had you under". Thanks Doc!!

I know that I have a pretty high pain tolerance...I've been living with a BIG pain for more than 43 years. ...just kidding; really!!
In my life time many people have called me a "pain-in-the-ass", does that mean I am tolerant of pain or a giver of pain?
I don't like pain. I try to avoid pain. I guess my tolerance is low.
