That doesn't seem right. Looks like you're paying for the whole building!!! I wonder what the other tenant's bill looks like. I would call PECO...FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH!

How picky this is. Did you forget the central air, ceiling fans (when A/C is too much), Neon lights at your bar, a computer that spews out Blog material 24 hours a day, Microwave, Christmas lights, the lights that line your driveway, temperature control in the wine cellar?? It appears you are getting a bargain. I would keep quiet on this one.
Don't forget the tanning bed too.
We pay $8.00/month in Lancaster. Everything is methane. Of course we pay $1,200 a month on air freshner and scented candles.
