"That one is not the Sharpest Knife in the Drawer"

Have you ever used that expression ? Well, since the Wife bought me a Knife Sharpener for my Birthday, you can no longer say that about me ! I have spent my Birth Day honing everything I can get my hands on ! Our 23 Knives are now Razor Sharp, even our Forks and Spoons have been finely honed. This Tool actually allowed me to Fine Tune both Coco and Myself ! I recommend the ACCU SHARP Knife, Tool, and Body Sharpener....!!!! (PS...Brightest Bulb in the Candellier analysis to follow)

I once gave my wife a bag of rubber bands and light bulbs in her Christmas stocking, thinking it was supposed to be for everyday, useful things that you wouldn't want to buy for yourself. I'm reminded of that simple gesture every holiday season.

It's the simple things that make a relationship strong.

Pea. I am so glad you got a knife sharpener. Based on this post to the Blog, you are obviously NOT the sharpest knife in the drawer. Sorry!

Such affection, tenderness...I am going to reevaluate my gifts to the Mrs, at holiday time.

It's strange what excites you as you get older. The kids bought me a Work Sharp for Christmas. It sharpens chisels and you can also do knives but it's designed for chisels. I LOVE IT!! I took all my old cheap chisels and sharpened them and they make me look like Norm. I sharpened my son-in-law, KillaWat's chisels and he didn't know how to use them. He uses them as crow bars and levers. Sharp tools make the job easier. Nothing as dangerous as a dull tool.

What's a Chisel ?

"Chisel" is a contraction used in Philly, e.g. "chisel have to wait your turn" Funk & Wagnels 13th edition.
