I Don't Like "HIGH FIVES"(& this was not POSTED by Pea!)

From the list of things that irritate me, comes this thought. I don't think the "HIGH FIVE" should be used anymore. Where did this gesture begin? What is the term for the "CLINCHED FIST TAP"? Where did that begin? That should be eliminated too. Whatever happened to a HAND SHAKE?

Pea- what you are referring to is called a "pound". Its when your knuckles touch the others persons knuckles when your hand is clenched.

The pound is a great way to contain germs.

Man, am I glad we are not high high 5 in' and/or pounding everytime there is a new Grand Child in this family. My fist would be a piece of raw meat. A hand shake will suffice.

I think it is navy which makes the "ensemble" ok.

To the "blog critic"...the attache and shoes are not tan. Oxblood/Cordovan is the correct term and "yes" for well over 70 years this has been acceptable in every executive suite and businesses of all kinds...a perfect combination according to GQ ...get with it "blog critic"...any further comments such as this, will be considered "fashion faux pas" and immediately sent to the trash can..
