Plaxico has no Permit to be "packing" and takes off! Dumping the "package" in New Jersey!
Plaxico is now charged w/ Illegally "packing"
...and he is going to Plead Innocent...

C'mon will ya... simply an american citizen out for a Friday night beer. FYI: in Lebanon, Pa. a soccer Mom was "packin" at her son's game (under 6 yrs old league) Said package was in full view, Sheriff was called, Mom was arrested, AND NOW THE REST OF THE STORY... Mom is suing the city for $1,000,000.00 due to her civil rights being violated. I ask you, Why pick on Plax???
Plax is just trying to avoid a Pacman Jones scenario; getting into a brawl with his bodyguard outside the nightclub, hence the need for a piece.
It also qualifies him for taking the initiative to reduce his overhead during these tough economic times by laying off his personal security force. A lesson the Big 3 automakers should follow.
There's a discrimination lawsuit here somewhere against the cab company for profiling their patron and refusing to pick him up.
