as a young boy, Gerry was asked to umpire a baseball game with the big guys. They tried to intimidate him, but he backed them down with an "itchy finger".

I never thought he could play. Never showed me thing...could only hit to right field and not much power. Come to think about it I blame him for us losing to the Kiwanis' at B&O.
How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...
