I heard in the news today that Mike Schmidt gave a funny response in a Spring Training interview...sorry, I don't believe it!
And why does the Weather Report get so much Air-Time on Radio & TV? Do we really need a "Storm Center" ? Do you know when there is a Storm outside ?
Or do you choose to just watch "Survivor" ?

my wife's family calls each other and talks about the weather. Always makes me laugh. One's in Florida (it's usually warm there); one's in Boston area (it's usually about the same as here, maybe a little colder); and one's in Ambler (same as here). What's to discuss?
My Mother lives in Florida for half the year - I call her every Sunday at 11:00 am - (the eleven clock caller, as they call me and I'm told it's beautiful every day and always wants to know how cold it is here - why is the weather such an issue?

Was that picture of Sam or Chris in 8th grade??? If loving our Pres. makes me a Liberal then mark it up! Don't certainly agree w/ everything but very happy we have him ....and not the 'blabbin' eskimo' (John McC. a good man), speaking about the weather......It's nice and damp in Flourtown.... but I choose to spend the winter here every year. It's been GOOD luck for me for yrs....that's why I come every year. Hope I didn't ruffle any feathers about the Pres.
