Judy Ann just returned from a visit w/ her Mom in Fla.

You know, God's Waiting Room? The Land of Flashing Left Turn Signals?

Anyway...

  • The check for lunch came with a Total, as is Normal, and then this...
  • "If your Tip is 15% you would pay this $$$"
  • "If your Tip is 18% you would pay this $$$"
  • "If your Tip is 20% you would pay this $$$"

I think it is Helpful for the Restaurant to do that. What do you think ?

Yo Weirdos... A tip is directly related to the service rendered by the waitperson. If your service was bad you get ZIPPO!! If your service was good, you get ususally 5%. Otstanding service can boost you up to 10%. Always round down so they don't get complacent.

That's lame. It's treating cheap oldies like they're stupid. Yes, they are usually cheap but like my man Gay Caballero says.."tip is related to level of sevice". I'll stick w/ Gay Cab. and say phooey to this concept. Next thing ya know they'll tell us to get rid of the white belts and shoes. Amen.

Seniors often get confused so I think this is a good service. it doesn't mean they have to pay the amount stated. it just gives them a guideline as they walk away from the table with the silverware, napkins, salt, sugar and tea cups and after dinner mints.
