Barak and she is being Lambasted for it! She says she does not want the State of Alaska to have to deal with the "strings attached to the Stimulus"
- sorta like negotiating with an Exotic Massage Therapist! "I just want the Massage, not the EXTRAS!"

This lady has "no clue". She is a Nancy Pelosi waiting to happen. She refuses the $$$. For what reason?? Strings attached?? Doesn't she realize all strings are removed by the FEDS after 3 years!! The other states will never repay the $$ and will have all strings removed in 18 months. Don't get me started, it is bad for my symptoms.
