Yes I have. Put there by some "Copper" with the name of Frank Rizzo. He was Sgt. from the 39th precinct. Phila. Put there for fighting with some African/American neighbors. Rizzo's philosopy was simple. Put as many as you can in the back seat and drive them to the precinct to "Book 'em, Danno". However, after having us sit in the hallway on the benches, he would come out two or three times to tell us "I am calling your Mother to come get you "Idiots". After 1 1/2 hrs he would come back and say "I'll let you guys go if you promise not to fight anymore" Upon our parole, we were required to walk home. True Story. Ask Slim. He was one of those "Blue coats", Philly's Finest! Of course, after spending 2 or 3 hours with our neighbors, we actually began to like each other. Amazing.
