A Sport Question...
It is the All Star Break...FIVE Phillies are there, Plus Charlie and his Coaching Staff... took Charlie a Long time. But it took the Babe a long time too, he did not play in his First All Star Game until he was 38 Years Old!

How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...

the Fans did not like the Babe? or if the fans were not voting then, whoever, ahem, whomever (uncle eddie, what is right? who or whom...ever) did not vote for the Babe. Which is silliness. Babe was the best tennis player that ever had a Racket!
Is this really true? Can't be...where did you get your info Pea? This is unbelievable, if true.
Please give us more...
I find this to be mind blowing!!! Which reminds me... why don't the Phillies have "Philadelphia" on the front of their away jerseys???
The answer is Obvious, monseree! The Babe was born in 1895 and the First All Star Game was held in 1933!
Mayor Nutter should be Insisting!that the Phillies put PHILADELPHIA on the Away Jersey! The TIME is Way Past to garner some Respect for our City! Actually, Mayor Tate should have insisted on this!
what other cities don't have their names on the front of the jersey?
