I am wondering if anyone wants to see the Phils...
In The Nationals New Stadium this week? On TV It looks like they have No Fans so it should be pretty easy to get Seats...I would even wear my Phillies Stuff! We may even get on Camera...but I have no clue how to buy tickets.

Pea, I went on line to Washington Nationals.com and looked earlier this season. The prices are much higher than Baltimore or Pittsburgh. All major league teams, if you go to their website, you can order, print out and pay all at one time. They charge a stupid convenience fee to do it online. You could also take your chances and go to the park to get tickets. Anywhere from $4.00 to $10.00 extra per ticket for the fee. Don't know about parking fees. Most people out here take the rail once they get to Maryland.
Gay...I just went to Stub Hub, they have $15.00 tickets in the "Infield Gallery"... Section 317, Aisle Seats. Sam & Jason have used Stub Hub and say they are legit! I believe the Wife and myself are headed there for the 09/09/09 Game and we will be doing the AMTRACK thing! I Love Trains....Anyone else want to do this? AMTRACK is $44.00 One Way per person from Phila...Yes...Xpensive, but what the Hoot!
I was just searching further on the train to DC. Amtrack gives discounts for AAA members, AARP members, Veterans, Bald Headed right handers, women 5'1" and smaller, etc...The way I see it Amtrack will be paying Me for the ride to DC!
Pea, get yourself under control! You'ree lookin' at $400.00 for a baseball game. I didn't think you would get that excited after watching the "Cooker" in one game. Geez, save your money for my Christmas present.
My oldest and only Brother-In-Law called me early today and talked me down off the Ledge...He ran the Numbers for me...$200 for Train Rides: $30to $40 for a Cab Ride: $50 for a Snack at the Ball Park: at least $60 for the Tickets: a Wife that will want to Leave in the 6th Inning: and all that to watch the Nationals?...I have decided to buy a new snow shovel and prepare for Winter instead...Germans a NO FUN!
