I was surprised by the Force of the Eagles today. Carolina is (was?) a good team...but McDermott rallied his Troops and they Kicked Butt! I think "nabby" may have a broken rib or two...of course Dick Stockton (who has probably never caught a ball in his life) was immediately claiming that McNabb was grabbing his knee. When all he was doing was trying to gather his breath!

A McDermott was the "Mastermind" behind todays' EAGLE WIN!
I was surprised by the Force of the Eagles today. Carolina is (was?) a good team...but McDermott rallied his Troops and they Kicked Butt! Let's hold down the euphoria. We must wait to see how the "D" does against Mr. Brees and the WR from Susquehanna Township H.S. in Harrisburg. M. Colston did not play at a big Division I school.
Let me say this about that: I'm back after a loooooooong summer hiatus vacationiong in The Port.
I have it from a very well informed source that the Eagles will go 16 - 0 and win the Super Bowl. (Thanks for the info Jason).
The Birds looked as good as they did last year blowing the Cards outta the water in the opener. Or was that the playoffs? Whatever.
Question for yiz; who is a tougher athlete a Mets outfielder whose gloved hand smacks the padded wall and he leaves the game or, or, or I'll think of somebody....
...yes; but "McDermott" have large, muscular CALVES??? If not--we're not related!
