I wondered myself, Dutch. I have found that the Blue & Gold was the original colors of the NY Titans...the NY team that preceded Joe Willie's Jets! Also, the first site I read said the Jets won 42-0, now it has changed to 38-0...Who knows what to believe!
the bottom line is that I hope the Eagles don't face the Jets in the Super Bowl...Eagles 9-Raiders 13-Jets 38-Raiders 0...Maybe the Eagles should set up a B-Bque pit on the sideline?
How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...
