Believe it or not the blind squirrel theory kicked in and we had 3 delicious birds. MO'H stuck with the oven tradition, just in case, and it was a triumphant feast. Deep fryers were juicy and the rub they used was great.
Now they wanna do Twinkies and PB&J in the Deep Fryer. Oyvay!
