This City Council Person wants everyone in the City, over 12, to Register their Bike! Pedal Bikes! A $20.00 Fee would be required...Yes...He is a Democrat! Looks like a Decent Guy, right? ahemmm.

How stupid is that? Not everybody owns a bike. Tax them if they have feet. Most folks have at least one.

Oh Great, Now if they can trace the license I'll probably end up with a parking ticket of $55.00.
