The Chevy Bel Air vs the Chevy Monza Spyder...

Regarding our Former "Rides" We have displayed here, a "58 Chevy Bel Air"! (Is that Maureen in the "shotgun seat)? Believe me, Slim's "car consultant" was correct in stearing him away from the "Chevy Monza Spyder" & towards the Bel Air...the Bel Air was a Muscle Car and Slim was a Muscle kinda Guy! The Spyder was a cool car but it was a Girls' car, like that Volkswagon convertible thiga-ma-jig...they sell...Still to come... Photos of "The Brown(INDESTRUCTIBLE)) Ford Taurus"...

Didn't Pea's buddy Lagara have a Monza Spyder? Wasn't Pea seen riding in that girlie car? Wasn't it Lagara who was stabbed at a Temple party? Hmmm. Maybe somebody said sumpin sumpon about the girlie car. Just sayin....

I do have a '64 Impala story if you care to read it...Summer of '69 and me & my Sis were on the Turn Pike from M'burg to Phila. Stopped @ the Fillin Station where they checked your Oil, Tires, Cleaned your wind-shield, and filled your tank @ .69cents per Gallon. The "Guy" that did all this tells me "Ya got No Oil Kid"...My Big Sis Screams, "WE HAVE NO OIL!!!"...So, I say to the The Guy, OK, put some oil in there. He does and we move on. For the next 67 Miles, Sis kept telling me how Lucky we were to have OIL!
