Has anyone ever been to Indio, California?

spoke to Cooker today and he says he is in! The new Subaru will take us from Oreland to L.A. sometime in Feb or March! I am psyched!
I want to go! Really do... Sounds like a fun time. Make sure to spend some time in Arkansas, beautiful state. How many "Cheese in a Can's" will be packed?
I think that's one of the places my parents thought of retiring!
