Jason in the studio... "Movin' and Rollin'"
After a day of helping me and Susan move some furniture from Susan's Mom's condo, Jason hit the studio at Oxford Circle. I suggested to him that he could come up with an original song, all he needed was an idea. "Movin' and Rollin'" was the result. This video is a 1 minute preview of the full song. Background vocals feature Gerald Pea. Jason on guitar, lead guitar, lead and background vocals. Is this the start of a solo CD from Jason?
I spent a few hours tonight with Mary & "the girls". ..
"The Kanes" are headed to another get-together at The Shore in June. Mary tells me they have 65 Specially made "T-shirts" with a LOGO, ready to distribute to the Kane attendees...
- Meanwhile, the last Post Posted on this Blog asked if anyone wanted to get together for a get-away in The Poconos...
- Oy vey...I guess we'll save money on "T-shirts" And we won't have to come up with a clever LOGO!

Lots to talk about on this Saturday, 5/22/10 !
Sister Alyce visited today, I actually had a One on One with her! We dined at Applebees & talked back and forth. Sisters are Great! Brothers are sometimes not so Great, conversationally speaking...
- I had to leave at 6:15 PM for a College Graduation Party
- That means I had to leave Sis with Coco...ONE ON ONE !
- Be that as it may...I went to the Graduation Party of one of Kevin's daughters and had a nice time
- We talked at the Party about Aunt Alyce (who is not a dog person by nature) & how she & Coco would get along.
- Anyway, it was a Good Day!

Is this too sarcastic a Question ?
- the guy had no clue what I was talking about...
- "what you have in that package Pal are Gliders, they wrap around the legs of your chair."
- he went on to say..."what you have from your old chair is something I never seen before"
- his response..."I never seen pads inserted into the leg, we only have wrap-a-rounds"
- I asked, "Do you wake up stupid? Or, do you wake up normal and get more stupid as the day goes by"?
- Thank you for listening!

Do guys get Extra points for having a "cool name" ?
Tuesday, May 18, 2010 is an Election Day. Do you know who this guy is & why he got Blown Up today?
- well, the answer is...he claimed for many years to have served in Viet Nam as a Marine.
- the truth is that after 5 deferments & a Draft Lottery # of 5 he found himself in the Marine Reserves.
- At the time it was a much sought after position. Not many people could get into the Reserves in 1969
- Oh, yea, Richard was working at the White House at the time of his "Enlistment" in the Marines Reserve.
- The man is a liar. And today, election day, to see if he could run for Chris Dodd's seat as Senator from Conn. he held a Press Conference and said that he "MIS-SPOKE" about his Viet Nam Service.
If you are interested you should Google this Fraud and you will see what a blessed life he has lived...up until now !

I just got off the phone with The White House and...
R.I.P. Robin Roberts

I never saw him pitch. Never saw him win a game. I did play basketball against him, he liked it physical and competitve. I did play baseball for him in high school, for one year. I remember a talk he had with me in his home office, when I went there for dinner before a night basketball game. Too bad I didn't realize at the time how special this guy was as a player and as a person. I guess I was thinking I would still be able to say hello to him someday and tell him thanks for caring.

We Need a Golf / Bowling Outing!

I think a Friday would be best. I’m throwing out some dates.
Friday, June 4 Friday, June 18 Friday, June 25 Etc…
Does anyone have a good idea of a golf course to play? We can play on the Pea’s home course of Walnut Lane but I don’t think you guys can handle the difficulty of the course. We need to find you something more suitable to your skill level.
Also, Timmy, please bring an extra cigar for your favorite and strongest nephew.
The Pea is getting PUMPED! Click Here to See How Pumped The Pea Is!
