I am thinking of going to California for a few Months. Originally I thought November thru April. Someone I know would sub-let my Apartment. Then I thought...
- I have an Attachment to this Place. Maybe I want to spend the Fall/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year here!
- Have a Holiday Open House Event on the 18th of December for the 3 friends Coco & I have, then
Head to California sometime in Jan or February. The Grandkids birthday's are March & April. Little League/Ballet Classes/Day Care/School time pick-ups/Springtime on The Strand in Redondo Beach?
What do you think ?

my first thought...
Fall in Philly is fun. You have your new lounger, Eagles games, Phillies playoffs, snacks...
next first thought...
will you take Coco?
next first thought...
do it... should you commit to one month first and see how it goes? No matter what, do it.
Sounds like an adventure in the making. I say "Go for it!" Your grandkids are so adorable and fun; you SHOULD spend more time with them. HOWSOMEVER... I would STRONGLY suggest that you go into training for your visit because you will be busier than you've been in a while & you'd better be up to the task. Trust me, Paul & I know!!!
The Open House idea sounds like a good idea, too.
No brainer....GO! What's the pull back? Ridge Ave.? The Accame? Manhattan Bagel? GO! The dog.....ah uhm ah.........dah dee dah........
Go west young man...land of opportunity and grandchildren...
AMF Pea! Read John Steinbeck's TRAVELS WITH CHARLIE first.
My wise sis says GO, but, she also has a Good Howsomever...Get physically fit before you commit & and take a Deep Breathe...I will take her advice & I will also have an Open House Christmas Gathering on Saturday, 12/18/2010...beginning @ 2PM. Anyone know a Caterer that would have to plan on between 5 & 45 people? Mark your Calender...
Stoneman can handle the catering. How close is the nearest WaWa??
I ain't 100% sure but, I think the McKendry Bros. are playing a wedding gig on Dec. 18. How much fun could your open house be without the Cooker?
Pea...the Brothers are indeed playing at Jill Kane's wedding on Dec.18th @ Flourtown C.C.(Tom&Helen's daughter)..sorry, but we booked it a couple weeks ago. Maybe we can come over when the wedding ends? Will u be going all nite? ...sorry.
Sunday, December 19? A work day the Next Day may keep the Riff-raff away, I'm thinking...
I Think I have a game that day!!
