I hear it's wonderful; I'm not so sure I'd enjoy one, BUT...I think I may try it at least once. I'll let you know how it goes!
have you ever gone to a chiropractor? I had great luck with one. I know Michael and Mary go to one. Maybe you could try that?
As for the massage, yes I had a couple when I traveled to Asia. Over there, it's treated like a gift that our hosts gave to us. I was a little self-conscious but you go with it, and it was really nice. I think they would be most effective if you went regularly.
I was at a chiro ONE time and he scared the Beejesus out of me. Told me I was the "tightest" patient he ever worked on. I left his office with "tight jaws" clenched cause I didn't want to tell him what I thought of him. As the Edster did, I had a few massages in Asia...they were more tranquil.
