I have an old h.s. friend retired in Naples. I visited him before Christmas and he showed me his 2br 2ba condo for sale (30 yds from the pool and 40 yds from tennis). It's clean as a whistle and just a few minutes from downtown Naples and the beach. Price $80K but he recently told me $78K would be welcome. Also said he's had 3 offers but they couldn't get financing. Jes lettin' it out there.
How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...
