How come Naples Florida, a place named after a city in Italy, is over run with a bunch of fair skined, Oh my gosh is that skin cancer there Paddy, Irish people?
You mean to tell me Florida, a place that St. Brendan surely discovered, doesn't have a town named after a city in Ireland? There must be a Bally James Duff Fla. or a Drogheda, Fla. Check that globe or atlas Pea and we'll find our own proper town to be snowbirds in.
I can see it now, a town of whitewashed, thatched roofed, shantys, burning the old turf while me Ma is fiddlin with her rosary beads.
Of course you may not want to be in them cottages during hurricane season now.
