A New Feature! What I ate Today & why am I Gaining?...(WIAT)

At about Noon I had a Hamburger with some Corn Chips with a Diet Fresca.

  • About 6:30 PM I had two Ball-Park Franks with mustard & relish...is that too much?
I do relish my relish

  • I also walked my dog 4 miles, rode my bike to Main Street & back, did 56 "crunches" & Mowed my Lawn...
Jason tells me I need to join a Health Club & Swim to get my weight under control!
  • UGH!!!
I have dubbed this Feature "WIAT". (what i ate today)  Pronounced as Wyatt, as in Wyatt Burp!

Swimming is the only way you can (really) exercise without being in pain. I just 20 laps, feel like a million bucks and I'm ready for bed.

More FRUIT--LOTS OF FRUIT, and LOTS of VEGGIES. Less CARBS, e.g. BREAD, CRACKERS, CHIPS, COOKIES, PRTZELS. Limit meat to fist-sized portion (about 4 oz.), More fish...and, finally, WATER, WATER, WATER. Combine with your exercise 30 mins/day and you will see results==GARRUNTEE!!

As common citizens, I'm sure you have all read details about 'The Big Beautiful Bill'...were you surveyed by CNN?

Watching this CNN guy it looks to me that we all Hate it! And if it passes America is screwed...people will suffer... people will die & ...
