Don't know about anyone else but these OWS people are starting to look and smell like the Viet Nam War protestors. I don't have a problem with their mission, but I do have a problem with their method. Certainly we as a country cannot allow this to escalate.
As someone who participated in the Viet Nam protests, during my college career...need I remind Gay, that those "protesters" played a significant part in bringing about the end of that war...just listen to the "hidden tapes" of Richard Nixon, if you want proof! ..."all we are saying, is give peace a chance!" Sounds like a ROTC grad!
Peace Baby. It appears to me that you might have things out of Sync. The only thing the Peace Doves accomplished was to bring ridicule and scorn to the returning men who served their country. How can you HATE the very ones who were trying to protect you. Of course, this doesn't address the influx of drugs to keep these so called Peace Babies motivated. Of course, that has created a problem worse than any war. It still hasn't gone away. And didn't you just love Kent State Univ?? Yeah, give peace a chance, but make sure I have my drugs to show how tough I am.
How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...
