Did you look at comps in the area? Ya gonna knock down some walls too and maybe add a hot tub?? Hey, if ya don't like it ya can find a new joint in Paradise or Lititz, which is the same place. The guys upstairs better keep the noise down and better not have any pets....you have your rights.....and fish....oops. Jason has them.

I do enjoy their show. I just wish I had the Budget that their Clients had.
Do you ever see that show, or any homeowner show, when they have a budget under $400 thou? And how often do these bozos visit houses and as they go room to room say, 'it's a little small...' Completely ignoring their budget as 1st time buyers or whatever (as if they're insulted) they whine that the bath is 'a little small' or the 'guest room or master bath is 'a little small'. Have I missed something about baths, guest rooms and master baths? Ya sleep, gotothebathroom,brush teeth, guest sleeps for night or two..........BUT they need an arena to be comfy!!!!! I can sleep/live in a station wagon.....and i just might eventually.
I want a show that visits houses on 'D' St. or Loudon St. .....ya wanna see "a little small"!!!! Check out the 'decks' and the cute yards and oh yeh, how dya like the open floor plan between the kitchen, where ya don't have to get up to visit the refrig., and the family room/dining room combo where a family of eight can watch tv, iron shirts, sleep on the couch, ride a horse on the arm of a chair, play hoops on the ceiling , run the sewing machine at dining table and do homework at the kitchen table. If ya all have to "go" at the same time there's plenty of room to qeue up in the balcony/hallway and wait til Mom Dad Sis all "go" and then ya fight to be next. Plenty of room to wash up while Mom takes a bath (keep yer eyes closed). All this for approx. @12,000. Taxes are approx. $500./yr. with a down payment of $1500. and ya can move your beautiful family in by saturday. Of course, Smilin' Al may not be too happy if ya upset Duchess or Smoky his two prized purebreds.......whatever.
Of course, it might be a "little small" for you..........Sometimes, it's hard to believe, Harry.
I like the young couples who turn the house down that's $50,000 under their max because it needs walls repainted or new chandeliers!
Yep, "Turnkey Ready" is worth $50K.. No wonder everybody's broke !
