He may not have told you but, this is the way it's going to be with this landlord. He will be in your chair everyday making sure you don't do anything to affect the value of his place. Everything you do will have to have is prior approval. Welcome to Lancaster.
The 1st rent increase will occur after you fly to Caleefornieea to visit the g'kids. This guy has the look of a gouger. He also looks a little too comfy in YOUR easy chair Pea!!! Doesn't bode well for long term ..........

Jes' wondering/wandering Pea. Do you wait to smell dinner/breakfast before deciding to be served upstairs or must you decide beforehand??Did you negotiate meals/snacks as part of the hefty rent? Are u included in fam photos??????
How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...
