On Facebook Kelly posted that she made a salad w/ Kale...I never heard of Kale til I read that Chick-fil-A was suing a Vermont T-shirt maker

You know how you sometimes reach for a big juicy piece ofchicken but accidentally pick up a piece of kale instead?
OK, it hasn't really happened to us either. But "likely" confusion between kale and chicken seems to be at the heart of a dispute between Atlanta-based fast-food chain Chick-fil-A and a Vermont man who makes T-shirts that say "Eat More Kale."

You may laugh but just the other day I reached for a tomato and grabbed a 1958 Chevy 4 barrel carb by mistake. It happens!
