I have something I want to buy on Ebay and they ask for my account name & number. Does anyone else out there buy stuff on Ebay? Is it OK to do so? Should I establish an account?

yes, i have purchased a couple of things on ebay and it went fine. i guess i have an account but i don't use it enough to remember it. go for it...
