Ya should move, at once, to a union shop.....they only work bet/ 10am - 2pm. Of course to do the same work you'll have 3x as many guys. How do u tolerate it all????

I wear ear plugs when I use the equipment. It's LOUD. Pea was lying in bed and didn't know I was running the machinery. DID YA HEAR THAT PEA?
