It's not exactly warm outside...especially pre-Noon...

I have been out-and-about lately & I am wearing a sweatshirt, long pants, sox & sneakers & a knit Hat. I cannot believe how many young Mothers are out there wearing flip flops or sandals with bare legs while pushing their kids in a cart towards the store! How come they are not "freezing" when their husbands aren't around???

  • It was 44 degrees @ 10:30AM today @ Target & you would have thought it was late July the way some of these Dames were dressed!

Pea, I saw this today. You are right. These young women are out there in flip-flops, sandals, sneakers, clam diggers, spaghetti strapped tops, shorts, no hats while pushing a stroller with the kid bundled up in a snow suite with a plastic shield/sunscreen protecting the little one. I was amazed!
