It's anyone's guess...but mine is that it is most certainly a meteorite or a political device of some sort..perhaps a campaign button thingee used to persuade voters one way or another.
Um, Pea.... I'm pretty sure that looks like the underwire to a bikini or bra top. I'm guessing someone had a wardrobe malfunction in your pool. Glad it wasn't me!
