One of the protesting Teachers was quoted saying this..."This is an amazing display of democracy," said Rick Sawicki, a 7th grade teacher at Evergreen Middle School. "It is a wonderful lesson for children and adults alike. I'm honored that we are all sticking together. We all want what is fair. We want to make sure everyone is treated fairly, just like I teach my children."

Pea, some schools are open! School officials said they will open more than 140 schools between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. so children can eat lunch and breakfast in a district where many students receive free meals.
So all is good!
Chicago should have a "Punch a Teacher in the Face" day...
Only 53% graduate since the rest are shot !
