Well...at least I am making preparations...just today I suggested to my Landlord that we bring the Sump Pump into my place so it is readily available for any flooding on my Patio. He keeps the Pump in his shed which is too far away. My Landlord told me to "shut the !@#$% !@! up"
Be prepared I say..or at least gas up the car and move to higher ground!
