What's wrong with your pic, Pea? It's nicely composed: taller subjects "framing" smaller subjects; smallest subject--in darkest shirt-- is "centered", drawing your eye to your littlest "subject" on out to the others and further out to the beautiful, blue CA sky. As for the shirt: You were on vacation; thus, the "tourist" shirt. A picture is worth a thousand words and yours tells the story of a happy Grandpop visiting with his beautiful grandkids and handsome son! Not bad for an amateur. Don't be too hard on yourself; you're learning. "Willow Photog." was in your shoes at one time... KEEP ON CLICKIN'!
