Brickell, 47, had a “strong odor of alcohol on her breath” while telling cops that Simon “was acting like a spoiled baby by calling 911 and that he did not care about their children,” according to police. They have 3 kids between 16 & 20 and have been Happily married since 1992.

The reports indicate Simon suffered a superficial cut to his ear, and Brickell, who smelled of alcohol, had a bruise on her wrist.
Bruise here,bite there, off to jail, etc...I guess it's news, poor people who live in the public eye...it's a mess out there.
