What has this world come to? Clearly a crime was committed and the mom says he's a good boy?
Ferguson MO, the guy just robbed a store, was in the middle of a busy street, told to get out and then he attacks a uniformed policeman. Breaks the officer's eye socket. In a second confrontation (OPPOSING EYE WITNESSES GIVE TWO VERY DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS OF WHAT HAPPENED) he gets shot and dies. Rather than waiting for the legal folks to do their investigation, Civic Leaders call for the arrest of the officer. Riots. What does looting and molotov cocktails have to do with justice?
Our President's comment was shocking. He said they shouldn't riot but then goes on to say how he understands why black young men are rioting.
A Philly pastor in Ferguson is quoted as saying, " We will not stop until the officer is arrested and charged with murder." What?!?! He knows all the facts and won't allow a grand jury, State AG, 30 FBI agents and the US Atty Gen to do their investigation. The cop is automatically found guilty by looters and the Black Panthers?
I guess it's OK to be a thief these days as long as your mom says you're a good boy or you'r town has unemployment.
Both could have been prevented if the subjects hadn't been thieves in the first place.
Today there's a video of MO Gov. Calling for " an aggressive prosecution in Mike Brown's murder.." The Gov. should be publicly criticized for jumping to conclusions and denying the officer HIS RIGHTS. There is a grand jury, that's what THE MO LAW says to do, looking into this. It's called Due Process. Idiot Gov. just looking for votes.
The officer might be wrong. I don't know all the facts. To call for " an aggressive prosecution of Mike Brown's Murder" is flat out inciting to riot.
