Pea: u don't know how close u r to my "live on the water" aspirations......A house can cost as much as u want it to. A boat can b motorless and one pays a mere $150. per foot/year to a marina where a shower/bathroom is available. The cocktail hour is a cool as any pricey restaurant joint but of course, the winter can b a bit chilly......in the north country. The southern region, say South Florida, hmmm, a far different temp. in winter. Cost approx. $200./foot for marina services. Interested?????? "Life is short, have fun".
How about if we have a major sporting event without Referees, Umpires, Judges or Stewards? I Love that a 65 to one shot did ...
